Fridays Round~up & Events

Hiya Couponers ~ What a crazy week this has been for me.  I finally had a chance to get a list of goodies rounded up for you and discovered that there are quite a few free events going on in my area this weekend, so I listed some of those as well.  The Price is Right is going to be doing a live show in Hammond this weekend.  It may be a bit of a drive, but might be fun if you want to check that out.  I also found a really good recipe for a dip.  In my house we love dips and finger foods so we're going to try this one.  Anyway have a wonderful weekend and try to stay warm!! This festival-style event celebrates some of the fun outdoor activities Hoosiers can participate in during the winter. Families are encouraged to come decked out in glow-in-the-dark items from head to toe and enjoy an evening of sledding, games, contests, food, demonstrations and more!

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

1/2 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

1/4 lb. (4 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/4-inch cubes

3 jalapeño peppers, seeded, finely chopped

12 RITZ Crackers, crushed

1 Tbsp. butter, melted

1 green onion, sliced

Heat oven to 350ºF.

Beat cream cheese and mayo in medium bowl until blended. Stir in VELVEETA and peppers; spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Top with combined cracker crumbs and butter.

Bake 20 min. or until heated through.

Top with onions.
