Kroger is currently my favorite store to shop at and with good reason.  Their clearance aisle is packed full of awesome deals right now.  And I've gotten a few freebies from the Kroger card this week.  If you have a Kroger card and you upload coupons to it look for Arla Cream Cheese Spread.  Here's what it looks like.  Anyway, there is a coupon for a free 7 oz container and it is yummy!! Just add the digital coupon to your card and scan it at checkout.  If you do self checkout and the coupon doesn't come off just let the cashier know and they'll take it off for you.  Be sure to check the digital coupons tomorrow also because there will be a coupon for the Freebie Friday item. You can grab that item here every week or text PROMO to 99006 to receive a text message. 

Oh!  I also wanted to tell you that you can win Free goodies playing the Game Day Greats instant win game.  If you win you just add the freebie to your Kroger card like all of the other digital coupons. I haven't mentioned this in awhile but the best advice I can give you when requesting coupons and freebies from sites is to not use your email that you use on a regular basis.  You're going to want to create an email just for your coupons and freebies to be sent to.  I do this so I don't have to weed through all of my coupons and promotional emails to find my important emails like my utility emails and what not. Alot of the companies like to email us and when you join their newsletters they generally will send a monthly or weekly coupon that can be printed so join the newsletters or websites of your favorite brands just in case I don't come across them and post them for you.  And if you do find some that I haven't please share them with me. :)
